Our signature Hibiscus & Cascara Tea.

Our teas are energizing, hydrating, and sustainable.  Cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea, is uplifting with just the right amount of caffeine (~20mg / serving). It is also full of natural antioxidants and polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid, which has shown to reduce inflammation.

Hibiscus flowers are delicious and also beneficial for your health.  They may help lower blood pressure, boost liver health, and promote weight loss.

Our other organic cascara tea blends are Original, Lavender, and Mint. Each blend can be brewed hot or cold.

Each container of loose TeaGlee has 6 servings per ounce.  For example, a 5 oz. container of TeaGlee has 30 servings.

Brewing Instructions

Loose Cascara Instructions

Brewing Equipment: French Press, tea pot, tea ball infuser, and an Aeropress

Brewing Ratios: 1 tablespoon (5 grams) : 6 ounces (170 ml) of water

Hot Brew Temperature & Time: Water temp between 195F - 205F and 4-5 minutes

Cold Brew Temperature & Time: Place vessel in refrigerator (36F-41F) and allow brewing to occur between 12-16 hours

 

 

Ground Cascara Instructions

Brewing Equipment Requires Filter: Hario V60, Chemex, Melitta Drip, Aeropress, and traditional coffee brewer.  Ground cascara is not suitable for unfiltered brewing and extraction

Brewing Ratios: 2 teaspoons (5 grams) : 6 ounces (170 ml) of water

Hot Brew Temperature & Time: Water temp between 195F - 205F and 2-3 minutes per serving

Cold Brew Temperature & Time: For cold brewing, loose cascara is preferred
