Our signature Mint & Cascara Tea.
Our teas are energizing, hydrating, and Upcycled Certified. Cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea, is uplifting with just the right amount of caffeine (~20mg / serving). It is also full of natural antioxidants and polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid, which has shown to reduce inflammation.

Mint leaves are cooling, calming, and also beneficial for your health. They may help soothe an upset stomach, benefit your skin and hair, and ease respiratory congestion.
Our other organic cascara tea blends are Hibiscus, Lavender, and Original. Each blend can be brewed hot or cold.
Each container of loose TeaGlee has 6 servings per ounce. For example, a 5 oz. container of TeaGlee has 30 serving.
